Should I get myself an aftermarket lower grille, or hold out till I can find the elusive genuine part?

Please yourself, no-one will know the difference, but factory parts ALWAYS fit better.

Hmm I could be mistaken but I always believed those were an aftermarket dealer accessory fit and make.

Either way they would look much better if the chrome XR6 badging was placed in the middle.

I don't know anything about that... I e-mailed my local dealer today and they sent a quote showing that they have the part in the main warehouse at Ford NZ and get can it overnight for $250
