standard exhaust inputs would be 2" iirc, so i doubt it would be a straight swap, there would be some welding involved, any exhaust place should be able to make it happen though

4"'s? WHat? You looking at a cannon muffler or something? If so, don't touch them, sound like crap and look stupid!
A full premade bolt in catbackLukey or Redback 2 1/2" system, can usually be gotten for just over $200 (obviouslky exhaust tip, gaskets, rubbers, etc. can add to the cost)! And sound much nicer!

Standard exhaust or aftermakret? Aftermarket you'll have to go to exhaust shops, standard exhaust genuine Ford parts, or an auto store like Repco would be able to order them in (but they probably would tell you to go to an exhaust shop as it's a pain in the a*** for just a gasket).

Gaskets arn't expensive (couple of bucks). Easiest thing to do would be to go to a Carline exhaust shop (check out the Lukey website as they list all the Carline stores), or any other exhaust shop that sells Lukey's (as I dunno if the Lukeys use the same flange as say RedBack or any other one, and get them off them, they won't be exxy at all.

Yeah my local carline/lukey dealer is about a 10 min walk down the rad from me at salamander, so i can get there easy and will go there hopefully on the weekend after work.
