It has had alot of time and money spent on it. Unfortunately that doesn't translate in to a high sales price. I would say 4ish 5 would be pushing it. If it was mine i'd be holding on to it, too often people spend so much effort building their beasts only to let them go and wish forever more that they'd kept them.
