I liked the red. But with the Blueprint you just can't beat the arctic lightening image as a mural on page 2. Not keen on the beach one, not even in the ball park with this one IMO. And I'm glad your not using the VZ vents. I don't care what you say. I think I have pretty good taste in cars. And, I have to tell you I absolutely hate, VN or VP wagons, especially when they can look like the one you showed us. There just dismal. I don't like the VN or VP sedans, but can't stand the shape of the wagons. If you wanted to go there, I could say I like the VT wagons better, even with there strange rear wheel camber. But, with your car. Your Ford. It will look compellingly good when it's finished. You obviously have an eye for detail, good on you for going for it. It will look incredible and I think satisfaction will be payed back to you in dividends. I can only imagine the smile you will not be able to remove from your face, when you get in and drive it. |

Maybe that price was with thinners and clear. Atleast I know now hes getting the good stuff for me, I wanna see it in the oven already. Its hard not having a car, what do yas think about airbrushing that beach scene, it will look much better ofcourse. I wouldn't go for the beach scene. I fail to see why you would get that on the car? Has nothing at all to do with the falcon, and is just weird lol. |

I aggree with Soulfire.
the beach scene is a bit strange... it would suit a beach buggy or something, but not a falcon. I always liked the fighter jets that were airbrushed on a Rex a few years back. maybe you need to think of something that is a little tougher than a beach scene - but its your car, so go with your personal opinion.

Yeh that looks ok, but living in a town of commodore drivers there might be some scratching done to it, im still open for suggestions on what would look good, ive got until the weekend i think, well until he starts spraying blue then it will go over the top then he will spray the clear, thats why $500 is cheap for the airbrushing otherwise it would of been like $1000 if the bonnet was on car and clear needed.

i like the ford built tough logo on it but then again the paint won't be too tough compared to the metal of a key if you live with commodores. but then again just say to them no one scratch it and you wont embarass them on the road. anyways good luck findin one you want

I thought it was.. i remember paying like $125.00 for about 2L of regency red yup and ive been told red is the most expensive colour to make |

Does anybody know of a very good retrimmer in melbourne, dont care abotu the cost, I just want a really good job done. Im going for the bright orange leather.
somewhere in the western suburbs would be better, any body how they do it, do they cover the plastics or paint them. |

going good so far, as for the airbrushing, turn it into a theme, let it have some meaning behind it. i mean you dont want something there that simply looks good, as you will get sick of it. i recommend you do a lot of research for this. you gotta think outside the square... i personally wouldnt airbrush the bonnet. but if u want it make sure u are 110% satisfied with it.
lets see some more piks.....

ive decided not to get the airbrushing now, too many jealous people around my area and i drive my car alot, so i know something will happen to it and i will be heartbroken, so im just going for the orage interior, seen this little hot Honda Civic yesterday sprayed blueprint with Orange interior, was nice, girl was nice in it too lol.
