my headlight is really s**t me
its the drivers side on a ef fairmont, tried everything mentioned on this forum and more to clean it still not clear. after many hours have sussed out the s**t is on the inside does anyone know how to take apart these lights ??? |

Im unsure on the lights, but some say to seperate other lights to stick them in a 100 degree over for something like ten minutes on a wet tea towel or something and put back in for a couple more if it doesnt work and continue till it seperates. This means that you have to glue it back together later though. Im not sure how or whether this even works, but may be worth a try if ou get stuck. Either that or there may be screws or clips somewhere. Dont trust me!

if the inside surface of the headlight lens has got a hard buildup on it, basically theres nothing that can be done that wont destroy the lens

you cant take the headlights apart i dont think, i have some laying around somewhere an im pretty sure i couldnt get em apart when i tried

yeah i have the same problem, and found out that you cant take them apart. all you can do is get a whole new headlight. it sux, ive gotta do it too
