I will come up with FACTS.
DL LTD options: -6cyl motor -sunroof -velour interior -different levels of tow pack -touring suspension -car alarm & -momo steering wheel DF LTD options: -Everything listed on a DL except the momo steering wheel -prestige paint If Ford were going to put it on any of their cars, it would've been the LTD. Like I posted before, "NOT a factory option. Pure aftermarket." |

Ok mate, its all good
But yeah, I spose its back to my original question... Will NC ones fit? Think the front ones would be fine, im more concerned with the rear wheel arches. Cheers |

I think Mick was looking for some for his Fairlane. I'm almost certain that he found a place on the Gold Coast that was doing them. I'd look up a hire car place in your local yellow pages and pay them a visit. On a slow day, the drivers/operators will be just be sitting about having a smoke, polishing or cleaning their cars killing for a conversation. They will be the guys to speak to.

Thanks for that mate, in actual fact you got my brain ticking over
There is a place here in Adelaide that converts Fairlanes and LTD's into limos, Might be a good place to start. Thanks mate. |

I just saw the wide ones like huggiebears on an NL. They are out there. Also, the thin ones can be had at any car shop, you cut them to length. They don't look too bad.
In any case, when I say optional, I mean they were one of the dealer things, not fitted in the factory. Dealers offer so much s**t, roof racks, bonnet and headlight protectors, floor mats, etc. Its likely they fitted some cars with them. This stuff wasn't listed with factory options, rather with dealer accessories. In any case, they are definitely out there, you just need to chase them up. |

I was looking for these once, but I decided against it. Here is the link to the place I found. You can buy them online, but they are a tad more expensive @ $175 for the 4, but you do get the option of getting them in the long or short version. Funny thing is, they use the same picture to display as the site you found http://www.carshine.com.au/shop/catalog ... Path=38_40 Cheers, Mick
