Hi everyone

Browsing the net and found this website and like what i see, thus im joining. My car is a 96 EFII XR6, which ive had for approx 1.5 years, and i love it. As you can see in the pics, it does not have the typical red strip around it, and im told that Ford made a few XRs with the body coloured strip towards the end of the EFII run (correct me if im wrong)....anyway IMO however it came to be, the body coloured strip makes the car look so much better. Also you can see the polished Tickford rims, they were on it when i purchased. In regards to any mods, only the exhuast and intake have been done, the cylinder head has also been polished.

Inside its stock, with exception of the sound system....just pioneer hu and 6" speakers all round, not much, but it does the job. In the future (hopefully near), ill b looking to fit it with BA GT rims and provided i find a good job after uni....forced induction and interior refit to fairmont ghia...so are my dreams neway.

Most importantly i love driving it, and it loves to be driven as does any Ford

No im not on my P's nemore

elvondel, yeah thats highly likely, i took those photo the week i bort it and posted them on fordforums, which ive been a member of since then....also on another forum site that i cant remember. mongoose yeah, that sounds like a very good idea, i can get hold of a digi camera (GFs) but ill admit im poor with a capital P at photography. do you know any good locations in or around adelaide to take pics. me gf's family lives in murray bridge, so once i learn how to take good pics id like to take some by the river etc etc. but yeah, if ure confident at takin nice photos at nice location, ill ave to get around to givin her a good clean and polish and get in contact with ya...wats ure ride?

Check out my progress thread (link is in my signature) for my ride. Just an EF Futura... soon to be an EF GT Futura :P If Peter ever send me the right front bar...
My family owns a marina and a houseboat up at Blanchetown on the Murray. That's where I'm taking some nice photos of my car after the holidays when my kit is (hopefully) fitted and painted.
I got a good digital camera and a little photography experience so contact me if you do wanna' meet up and get some nice pics. We'll get some side by sides of your ride and mine
