yes i got a soft spot for the old skool mags but time for a change & it's getting to hard to get tyres to suit them for a reasonable price

same here, i looked around at about 5 different tyre places and found it impossible to get 225/15 so had to settle for perelli 215's
no one does white lettering either.

no one does white lettering either. mate theres heaps of tyres in 225 width for 15" rims. When you want 235's thats when you have limited range and very costly. |

When you want 235's thats when you have limited range and very costly. it would have been good to find a set localy about 6 months ago, i just got told the wider tyres were being phased out. ian diffen said they could order in a set of 225/60 R15's at 400 each, lol it was just weird like something out of the twlight zone or something. maybe there was a shortage at the time? who knows, but i ended up with 4x 215's for $150 ea at bob jane. sorry for getting off topic.
