I'm a fan of those rims on about 50% of the cars I have seen them on(a lot of cars
 ), they either look really nice or they look like a***. Your's fits the bill IMO, looks Awesome.

It'll be good to see how the 265s go on the road. Hopefully you have no probs cos I want some next change.

i always wanted to know what those rims would look like on a XH ute. i was tossing up between the gt-p copies in 19's or apec gt-c 18's. i went with the apec's. rims should arrive by the end of the week

I don't think ford could've done any better with the XH design - pretty much spot on. Would be interesting to get an XD ute and photograph them side by side for comparison. Saw an XH at the Wagga AFD with an EL fairmont dash/centre console/floor hand brake - damnest thing I ever saw. . . .

personally, not my cup of tea. but for some reason they dont look all that bad. you'll probably find you'll be going through tyres quicker than before.
i know when i have the 20's on the back of mine they arc up rather easy even though they are 305's. i'm looking at a set of new billets forthe ute now, 19x8's up front and 19x10s down back. nuts |

Yeah you'll find that the lower the profile you go the less give is in the tyre resulting less chance of traction, can get to the point that its almost as bad as spinning on just the rim itself lol, as far as side wall give goes. Mmm 19x10's on the rear, that will be tuff mate. Be sure to post up pics

it already runs 20x10's with 305/25/20 tyres.
you'll probably find too, that you'll make less power with the bigger wheels as it will be turning a larger rolling diameter. |

Well, to anyone who was wondering about clearance problems, its all good. Have driven it a few times now and havent had any clearance problems at all. Although my front guards were already rolled as my 18's were causing problems with them.
The big 265 Toyos are abit noisy on the road and dont provide as much grip as i'd imagined, obviously coz of the reasons stated above, but feel like a nice tyre, front turns in very nice and is quite comfortable.

what toyos do you have on it?
i run toyos TS1's on my 18's. awesome tyre. cant fault it except they dont go through tight chicanes at 160+........ dont ask..... |
