Will the following fit an EF Fairmont Ghia bolt on no spacers etc?

5 STUD, 17 X 8JJ

4 WHEELS - GREAT CONDITION EXCEPT FOR KERB SCUFF MARK ON ONE WHEEL

ONLY 16 NUTS BUT COULD EASILY OBTAIN MORE TO MATCH

PCD: 114.3

CENTRE HOLE: 73.1

OFFSET: 15

for E series you need an offset of +6 so no, wrong offset.

Thanks for the info can you explain what +6 means I am a novice and not up with ALL the jargon yet.
