hiya all,

I've seen this on a few NL fairlanes, the drivers door does not seem to close nicely, you have to almost slam it, has anyone else noticed this before? and any idea on how to fix it? i've heard that the rubber on the door hinge gets old. is it just a matter of adjusting the hinges??

Any advice would be great ...

Thankyou ..

Laticia.

the bushes wear out on the hinges a bit, sometimes i have had to put a block of wood under the back of the drivers door and have it almost shut and jack it up to twist the hinges a little, then check the alignment when u drop it back down, may take a few go's.
also before doing anything, check the top 9mm bolt in the top hinge is tight still, but dont snap it off
