You could try and sand it off a little and see if its just sitting on the surface, You might be lucky and that might fix it but usually it gets in between coats of clear meaning the clear has to come off... you painted it around 4-5 pm didnt you???

thats correect, around 5ish mate.

I sanded a small bit where the mirror sits and buffed and polished and that came out awesome so im hoping like u said it might be just sitting on top and with sanding it should be ok..

so did u say water got in the clear due to humdity causing the white appearance?

thanks mate.

dont paint when its getting late in the day .unless your in a booth .
as the day cools it will (in easy terms)cool the paint causing it to have a flat look .
sometimes you can sand then buff it up ,,if not sand then repaint.
your doing great on this mate .. :D

Thinners takes the moisture out of the air when you are spraying it...
Landing it in your nice new paintjob :(

Booths being heated takes the moisture out of the air....

Hey no probs...

There are a few guys here that have done a few home jobs in the past and you get better each time. You learn by your mistakes and each time it gets better.... If thats your first home job, you have done really well... Ive seen some really crap jobs done.....

Thanks Au.. :)

Just finished two panels and i noticed while adding my coulour that it kinda went white just like last night (blushing). The only difference is that yesterday the paint started to blush while adding the clear not on colour. But, today the blushing started while adding the colour right through to clear so ill see how sanding goes in the morning...cant guarantee cause the blushing is pretty deep..
Anyhow the blushing that i encounted yesterday, (on clear coat only) i managed to sand that as it was on top layer and that came out good so hopefully the deep blushing encounted today comes up but i believe my chances are pretty slim....

Will update in the morning when i get a chance.

cheers.
