i have just had xr6 bumpers and sideskirts painted and now im having trouble with the rear bar paint coming off
refer to my question on ford forums

can anyone help me legally what i can do, as im sick of this guy giving me B.S

take pictures mate and date them, keep your receipts and then you would have to call an ombudsman who deals with trade related issues. Not sure if there is one i know they have one with telephone companies and other products so im sure there will be one, sorry cant help u further but proof is essential mate.

Department of fair trading will fix your problem if the bloke wont fix it or refund

+1 to taking pictures...don't date them, spend the extra $1 and buy yourself a newspaper and take a photo with the date clearly visible from the news paper. That way it is a guarantee it isn't a fake.

Contact fair trade and see what happens.
