Hey guys, my paint work has a few bumps under it? just a few spots with tiny bumps under it? Could this be rust poking its ugly head or what?

Also, on my car paint, theres like straight lines going across at the bottom, just small straight lines going across the door? what could this be? or what caused it?

Sorry if i haven't explained my self properly!

Cheers all!

Also is it a mica or metalic colour? if so and you have lines. the person cant spray. send some photo's like the other guys have said.
