Hey all,
Was thinking of painting my black bumper & side strips this weekend, RED to match the rest of the car. Any tips on how to do this? What prep & type of paint to use? Can I paint them on the car, or shall I take them off first? My front & rear bar strips are held on by double-sided tape, but I'm not sure about the stock side strips. Any suggestions?

paited mine on the car, just make sure you mask up properly, rub the strips with wet and dry and paint.... paint first with white undercoat makes it easier to paint the red.

You did a top job mate! What type of paint did you use, ...did you use any clearcoat as a final finish?
