i got off my a** and painted my new door handles and wing that was kindly donated to me by peter (fordebgt93), just have to buy some clear next week and that will finish them off, i hope to have them done for the idlewild car show.

all i need now is Lane/LTD chrome wheel arch molds, that’s on the top of my get list i hope i don’t have to maul to many people to get them hahaha.

ok i have the wing on the car what a C*** of a job getting the wholes in the right place, thing is i f**k up with drilling 1 hole in the wrong place i had to put som tape over it, i will super glue a 5c over the hole later lol.

Tomorrow ill stick the door handles on i bet that will be fun NOT.

all i need now is a front and rear lip and chrome arch molds.

yes dasmq its better owning a white car lol.

drilled a hole in the wrong place??? common! its no good living negativly... (the glas is half full/half empty mentality.)

-i'd say more along the lines of that you modded the boot lid with a "speed hole"... (weight saving mod)... :lol:

haha. yeh, i still got get mine painted up aswell. hopefully this weekend, as i'll be using, of all things, dads old bird avery as an improvised spray booth if its too windy. got the paint all ready to go.

r u painting 2pack? as white is a solid colour and is finished once its off the gun it does not need a clear

nope not 2 pack acrylic from good old VG auto paint out here in the west.

Unicryl 3000 what with no tint as thats the color of my car.

i will have to re do the top of the wing i ran out of paint and its dry as the last coat should have gone on wet, so next week 1L white 1L clear, i need to re paint my radiator suport soon so will need more paint. 1L goes along way.
