I have no idea how close this is to the Melb/Geelong area but the Victorian supplier is:
Mulford Plastics Pty Ltd 303 Frankston-Dandenong Road Dandenong South Vic 3175 Australia Phone: +61 03 9793 7622 Fax: +61 03 9793 7644 Contact: Mr Bryan Chirgwin Don't look further as this company is the only supplier in AUS/NZ AFAIK

Forgive my ignorance, but what does this stuff do? Remove scratches? Yellowing of headlights?

Its a plastic polisher/cleaner.
You can also buy plexus from autobarn and repco. I got mine from autobarn. There are 3 sizes available, a tiny one application type bottle, a medium size bottle about the size of a can of deodorant and a can that is the size of tyre shine stuff. I got the medium sized one for about $13.00 I think. Stuff works pretty good!!!!
