Was thinking today about a diffeent set up for the e series headlights. Im not sure if it would be at all possible and i wouldnt have the faintest idea on how to do it. But could you turn the lights into pop up lights? like the RX-7, covette, etc.. lights

Im not sure whether you could just have the lights do a 180 degree spin to have them concealed, or whether you could actually have them pop up when you want them.

I just think habing no headlights on the front of the falcons would look alright if done in the right way. would maybe give it more of a sleeker look. And also personally i think the lights do look a bit plain and a bit dated.

Anyways it was only a thought that i had. as i said dont know if it would work or not, or ven if it would look any good.

If anyone feels the need to photoshop some pics go right ahead.

I think early LTDs and Landaus had hide-away lights.Maybe these could be adapted?

It would be hard to make Pop up lights for the Falcons. The head lights are already in shape with the rest of the front end. Making it pop down would leave an ugly gap where the headlights should be.

Though covering them is another story.

Most pop up lights look good on cars where the bonnet seems to be more pointy when looking in the horizontal and the lights can be hidden when they close cause they basically sit flush with the top of the front end rather then in the front. If that makes any sense.

Though if you remove the headlight, bog it up and make it pop up, it may work...but it'll look funny :?

phong =P~

I reckon just paint headlight covers if you want to make it look sleeker. I did it to my BA and it looked sweet and they're easily removed.
