Haha, yeah as long as it works ok and is good for everyday driving then its fine, but still a quick buff from a pro would take out all of the little scratches and make it look alot better!

come on girls no fighting!haha all of us that have done it know's what it's like and the hours and hours of sanding and polishing,but well worth it at the end.

here's how mine came out!! took three weeks..

Ive noticed alot of ppl have sanded and polished their intake manifold.

Do you take it off to sand or do it while its on the caR?

Is it hard to get on/off is there seals that need to be replaced if i take them off?

id highly recomend replacing the gasket in the BBM if you pull it apart. i got a gasket in my VRS kit so id say repco or coventry should suply these gaskets. shouldnt cost too much. they are only thin

Finally got around to polishing the rocker cover and bbm, wouldve had polished extractors too, if they didnt turn to s**t on me....

whats up with the air intake, wheres that 2nd pipe leading to from the TB?
