Hey guys

been a while, just jumped back on the falcon bandwagon, couldnt stay away... i recently obtained a 98 fairlane, and am looking at some pre au offset rims.. replicas 18x8 +6 offset...

was also thinking of gettin some springs for it, will the 18s effect how much i can lower it.. i mean obviously it will but yeah exactly how much etc? and do they scrub on the fairlanes with the 18s?

Cheers

18in rolling diamaters are around the same as standard fit tyres if you keep to a 40 profile your main concern is gaining some tyre/rim width and not destroying the guards. The lower your car gets the more you will have to lean the front wheels in. My car is 3in but I dont get any life from the front tyres they run on the inside edge.

Lipping the guards isnt expensive, should be under 100 per corner.
I have superlows all round with 235s, no issues.
