hi guys, im keen on putting some driving lights on my ef, i want them to always be on as soon as i turn my parkers on. so could i just join the wire to the wiring loom of the parker lights? would that work??

I f you want to wire into your parkers you will want to use a relay to take the load off your park switch and I would use a another switch to actually turn the foglights on.Why? Because you do not want your fogs to be on all the time andthey will drain your battery when the engine isn't running.And it is illegal :( .You could wire them up the same way I have which is to the parklights and to the hi beam using a 3 position switch[on-off-on].Use the centre pin of the switch as your feed to the foglight relay and the outsides to your park/hi beam feeds.Best of both worlds ,you can use them as foglights,spotlights and you can turn them off.And totally legal if you use the switch.too easy cheers Kevman
