I was wondering if the front bar and lights are one whole piece or is the lights surround a different piece then the spoiler? I am asking because I love the look of EF/EL XRs but cant afford the petrol/insurance prices for one so I want to get a stocky EF/EL and put an XR front on it.
If I were to buy a car such as this one http://tinyurl.com/msgkc How hard would it be to put the XR lights onto it whilst retaining the original front bar? BTW I wouldnt pay $7000 for that car but I am hoping its still available in like 2wks when I get a loan and by then I can bargain the guy down some.

i aint sure wot ur asking. but i can tell u this. the front bar on the fords is one whole piece. this goes for the normal ones and the xr's.
u can put an xr front on a base model falc with relative ease. im sure u've seen the docos on here. ive seen a couple of fords that have also just had the top half of the xr bumper joined to the bottom half of the normal falcon bumer. didnt see the point, but its obviously possible as ive seen it.

well thats kind of what im asking because on the car in that link it has the venom bodykit with stock lights so I want to put XR lights on it while retaining the venom front bar.

if you want XR headlights you will need to get the XR Venom front bar then , also you will need the indercater/parkers aswell

how much does it cost for just the XE headlights and indicators? I know its around $1100 with the front bar but what about just the lights and indicators

about 180 each side for indercaters and about 440 each for the lites less brackets , not 100% sure on price , it was a awhile ago and i got it all for trade

Depemds is you buy new from Ford or second hand. Second hand prices can obviously vary a lot... |
