if someones got a picture of a radiator support panel for a ed can they please put it up and mark on the picture where the spot welds are welded and where they got to be drilled to, to get the whole radiator support panel out and weld a new one in, want to see what the whole ed radiator support panel looks like front back and sides and how do you get the engine bay wiring out through the firewall where those grommets are, how do you get those grommets out that the engine bay wiring go through on the firewall |

to be honest mate your best just going at it and finding them for yourself, there a dill bit some tool shops sell called a spot weld remover, which is good for removing some. maybe worth investing in one.
also would recommend go down the wrecking and get a genuine one and save yourself a lot of headaches.

unfortunatly for someone to show you all the spot welds they would need to completely strip the front end off there car, i cant see that happening..

As above, but for a rough idea, have a look through my EF Wagon build thread. I removed and replaced the radiator support and the right side skirt panel.
Also, if you clean the areas where the panels join with a wire brush or wheel, the spot welds are easier to see. As Joel said, go to a good tool shop and get a few spot weld drills, they will make it a lot easier. Good luck.

also where the engine bay wiring runs through the firewall in different spots how do you take those grommets out where the engine bay wiring runs through the firewall and connects to the dash wiring

pull or push depending where you want it to go, sometimes, a flat to help lip over can be handy., something about that question worries me your biting off more than you can chew???
don't forget though that ef/el rad support are different.
