is it possible to remove the side skirts that the radiator support panels welded to in a ea-ed and weld a hole new one (radiator support and 2 skirts, the whole front cut) in or are those skirts part of the structure in the ea-ed.

can you only remove the radiator support panel itself and weld a new one in

skirts= aprons I assume, anyway do you really want to remove the apron an how badly are they damaged, it's possible but extremely hard to justify. generally quite in depth to get them off.
