I have recently bought a 2000 AUII Ute and have a few ideas myself but was wondering from other owners and fans what would look really nice! First what i had in mind.
1. New wheels, i was looking at Avantek Raze rims, 18"
2. And was wondering if the hard tonneau with alloy sports bar and a spoiler will fit?

Hey mate, welcome to the forums! I think a new set of wheels and maybe lowering (if its a XL). The hard tonneau will fit but personally i think just a standard one suit the au better. What colour is it?

Hey and thank you for the welcome! I'll give some background info so we are on the same page. I just bought the car and it had a service body (heaps of compartments) on it, so i took it off and am selling it to buy a tub to suit. The car is currently white but im looking to respray because the white has faded slightly and i like the look of the new metallic whites. And i will need to get the springs re-tensioned anyway so lowering it will look nice you reakon? And i think its an XL..... whats the real difference?

I just had to post this here, if I had a AU ute this is what I'd do to it, but with TS50 wheels and a hard tonneau.

Welcome to the forum :)

That is awesome, carbon fibre hood hey?.... my one has the box headlights though.... does anyone know of conversion kits or body kits that sell in Vic? and another thing does anyone have a good idea of a price range for a full body respray same colour? These are the rims i want, in 18"

I think the glossy/metallic white finish is nice, but is anybody else a fan?

Full resprays are normally between 3500-5000.

It cost me $450 to get my bodykit shipped from Sydney to Perth, so for you in vic should cost alot less if you go through www.awcinfo.com
