Im trying to take off my EF`s rear bumper to fit a tow bar but no success.tried the forum search but looks tricky to me.
Ive removed the boot carpet and now looking for the screws of bumper but cant find them, in the boot and not even under the rear or the wheel arc area. tow bar has never been fitted to my car, its first time. Cheers. |

remove the rubber gromits in the lower section of the boot, you should see some bolts. undo them, then there's the screws in the wheel arch

Ive removed the 4 bolts in the boot after removing the rubber gourmet.
but the bumper is still intact. theres small screws in the wheel arc, but not the big bolt as in the boot. anywhere else? any more bolts to remove? still intact! |

Remove the small screws holding the covers both sides (in the wheel arches) then slide the bar backwards to disengage the clips on each side. Don't forget to disconnect the wiring for the number plate light
