how did you get this panel off?
i removed every screw & nut i could see but it wouldn't come off?
i've heard that the bumper has to come off which you avoided having to do?

yeah.\, theres 2 phillip head screws holding each end of the panel on.. to get the bottom one on each side is tricky and can only realy be done with the bumper half taken off.. i didnt bother and taking mine off because im going to replace my rear bumper anyway.. - i did damage mine a lil to get at the lower screw on each side..
Theres four 10 mm nuts that are located in the boot and 2 phillip head screws in each side holding the panel on..

The palastic lugs and horse shoe clips that support the corners of the rear bumper are broken so im on the hunt for a new rear bumper.. and will attach the skirt to the new bumper.. I hate the gap on each side as can be seen in the after photo's.. :?

phwoar, doesn't even look like the same car :P

With the bumper sagging a little, when fitting my rear bar (fibreglass and didn't come with any clips) I drilled 2 holes in the "top edge" of the bar (the bit that tucks in under the indented part of the rear quarter) and put bolts up through into the metal of the boot. One on each side tightened up was enough to hold it on straight.
