Ok, First off when i got the car from the dealer they said they had fixed it...

Turns out they only glued one end down and a week after driving i noticed it had popped up, i had a 250km cruise to get back home from where i noticed it so just tapped it down and hey presto all fine.

I've just woken up and taken it off the discover the screws or what ever they are that are on the middle section and the left section are missing on the right. Can i simply clean off the mass of glue type s**t the dealer has left there, put more on and whack her back on? Or do i need to have someone do it and pay out my a**. Or are there other ways to go about it?

And i noticed the other sides where also slightly glued im assuming factory glue as it was neat and not everywhere. What glue should i use when i get around to putting it back on?

Cheers
Frankie

you can do anything yourself.

if it was me, if pull the wing off clean it up and get some new screws which will fit, if you have to use a bit of sikaflex or silicone to hole the screws in place. also making a gasket or running a bead of silicone around the spoiler feet is a good idea to keep dirt and water out from underneath it as it will cause rust. seen it many times, remove a wing and nothing but rust bubbles

dont eeeeever use silicon on paintwork... its a right pain in the a** to get off, and a nightmare to paint shops (paint dosent stick to silicon) id use some polyurethane (sikaflex) to make a "gasket" before bolting it on.
