I wish to remove the pin stripes from my NF.

What is a good method of removing them? The car is going in for panel repairs tomorrow afternoon and the car would look cleaner without them.

use a heat gun to soften them and then just peel them off.

when i had my old lane i used high pressure water (by accident) then did the whole lot.
Then rubbed it down with some goo remover/cleaner (paint friendly) and it was if they were never there.

Took all of 10min extra of washing the car lol.

IF they are stubborn you will need to heat them up with heat gun or borrow a hair drier?

Heat gun, or ask the panel shop to remove them for you.

I removed some pin stripes from my old GLi. The paint underneath was brighter. There was a little gunk left which I took care of with some wax & grease remover.

i used the edge of a credit card for both my cars. mine were really stubborn though took me about an hour for each side. used just a basic polish to remove the rest of the gunk. have fun!
