you mean the actual surround itself - its just taped onto the car with really strong double-sided tape - just rip it off! :P

as for the indicator - i *think* you push in & slide it forward? should pop off then i think...

is that what you mean?

G'day mate I had the same problem as you. The thing with these indicators is that they have two clips, not one like the lower series falcons. Try and get in touch with fairmont1998; he seems to have a technique to pop them out.

like he said.

They come off really easily when you slide them forward.

slide it forward as far as you can (couple of mm's) and push in slightly at the pointed end, the flat end closest to the door will raise out and unclip.

Unscrew the bulb holder from the orange assembly and remove the old clear bulb using a peice of cloth or tissue.

Put the amber globe in using the same cloth to hold the bulb and screw the new white assembly back on top the holder

Clean the area where the old indicator used to sit (make sure theres no dirt and dust around it or the new ones wont stick on properly)

Take the double sided tape off both ends of the new assembly - and stick the pointed end on first as close to the tip of the mould as you can then stick the back down.

peice of piss.
