I have removed the door moulds on a el whats the way to remove the double sided tape off the doors

Heat it up a bit with a hair dryer or heat gun, then roll your thumb accross it till it balls up. Will take f**k ages to do but it gets it off. oh and your thumb will probably hurt too:P

try some kerosine! put some on a cloth and give it a good rub, should break it down

try "oomph" glue remover. get it from the supermarket in the cleaning isle for about $5, works great for removing sticky residue.

I find either heat via a hairdryer, or eucalyptus oil the easiest.

try a bit of De-Solvit on it. its a citrus based stain/sticky s**t remover and it wont hurt your paint.

When I removed the pin stripes I found doing a rub across of eycalyptus oil, let it sit for a little bit, then applied heat using a hair dryer to remove.

ALL GOOD BOYZ REMOVED THE TAPE I USED THE HAIR DYER AND THUMB METHOD BUT YOUR RIGHT FAIRMONT 599 IT DOES HURT YOUR THUMB :( BUT ALL GOOD THANKS FOR THE ADVICE :D
