Well yesterday, being the unproductive day saturdays normally are, saw me have an accident with a certain piece of steel bar. 5metres long, and sitting on a pieceof 3 inch square tubing. As i was roping it to the trailer, the rope spun around the pipe and rolled it off to the side. It dropped three inches, and the weight out the end was enough for it to come down and meet my boot four or five times. So i have a series of scratches right back to bare metal over the boot. The bar, which was 3mm * 50mm, had been cut by a grinder with a cutoff wheels, and so the edge was burred, and sharp, which makes it jsut perfect for destroying paint work! I could have cried.

So, anyone know what the top of the boot is worth to get painted in stark white?
