Hey FalconGT351, are you using a hoist or a block and tackle? I can give you a heads up on pitfalls in using a hoist, but the first may not apply to you as your front bar is off.
Tip one, the one I used did not give sufficient reach to get the motor and gearbox out in one movement, I had to lower and grab the motor again a few times. The power steering lines don't take much weight

Tip two, with my gas system there are studs, not bolts in the rocker cover
these make good hooks to catch the brake lines . The lines can stretch about a foot from the firewall without breaking BTW. :)

Tip three, get a loan of a proper plug for the gearbox from a transmission place. I tried a plastic bag and a rubber band, worked well untill the ATF ate thru the bag mid extraction when the gearbox was statigically aimed at the cat convertor  Most went in the cat and not on the floor.
Cheers
TW.

motor out and all wiring out of engine bay, fun fun fun!! Previous repair on LHR 1/4 panel bog about 5mm deep, this will most probably be taken out and file finished, not a lot of progress but getting it done slowly not enough hours in the day!!
