DDOD i can try the chrome idea however i cant do chroming myself so ill have to get a price on chroming. makinf a black or red one is no problem. im recieving some covers shortly. what i like to do is to paint 1 colour and have chrome fins - like standard. im also looking into making the inside of the ford badged blue or silver so the ford badge stands out. i found a pic last night and it looked good done like that..


i am willing to post aslong as you pay the freight (i think is around 15 bucks)

i also started painting up my cpi altinator and aircon pump from my wreck. didnt comeout the best but still looks great (paint was crap and old)

Looks good, but you don't NEED to use heat resistant paint. My rocker cover's been done with 2-pack paint (to match the body), and has been on since Novemeber still in A1 condition.

thanks for the great comments. ill look into that but may end up too expensive. especially with custom colours. but u never know

$80 in paint for the rocker cover the fan belt cover. with some colour and alot of clear coat left over.
