Hey everyone, Curious if my falcon would scrub the guards at all once i put these 17' ba xr rims on, its currently on kings lows so im hoping i should be right but just want to make sure before i go buying hub adaptors..

1 - do you really want to run adapters? they are not good (obviously you need them for those rims)
2 - I have 18's on lows with 245/40's and they rubbed, still it was only $80 at my local tyre place to get them rolled without any paint damage, so go for it!

Yeah well i got the rims filthy cheap and all the el offset rims ive seen im not interested in although the gt rims are awesome but i dont have that much to fork out

did you notice my rims? BA XR 18's knock -offs only $250 each + tyres, can be found on eBay for about $799 e-series offset too! good luck with it mate might catch up next time I'm up visiting the relo's in Tamworth!

hey mate, i just got a set of bf gt-p 19inch rims backs are 255/45/19 fronts are 245/35/19 i have king lows and i only needed to roll my back gaurds. u should be ok with yours, but rolling the gaurds s no biggy

Cheers mate, ill order the adaptor and see how i go and roll the guards if need be..
They look great mate, can't wait to get mine on.. Got them for 300 with tyres off a mate (Although tyres don't have much tread left) but ehh still a good deal if you ask me

I don't know really I just went in and they said they'd do it, and it was $80 all up. It was done at Ozzy tyres on Heathcote Rd Moorebank.

Get 35mm hub adaptors.
I have superlows, 18x8s with 245/40s from a BF and 35mm spacers, and I havent had to roll the guards, though I have now as I want to go lower.

I had 17x8s with 235/45s previously, no issues at all.
