im very keen on fitting a shaker scoop to my 6cylinder falcon, just trying to find pics of how its been done, what it looks like under the bonnet etc.

dont do it unless its going to shake....otherwise its gay.
i wanted to put it on my brown ED when i had the motor done up for the track with the race cam it shook over 2cm either way idling.

coomom guys.. this site's about thinking outside the box... how many people have hub adapeters to run au/ba stlye rims on e-series... or bonnet bulges on e-series. and au's... or the stripe kits on anything other that BA/BF gt's.. B series bumpers is now open season onto e-series now... even the x series dual grill bonnet made it onto paulc's car and looks great..
so there's nothing wrong with being different.. |

So lets see you fit a V8 dizzy to your 4L yeah no probs, bit of cutting, gringing, hammer time persuasion.. it will get there.. Getting it to run.... SFA chance.. vote -1 for the shaker scoop, Lines of e-series cars are all wrong to accomodate something like that.. However, when need over takes asthetics then go for it.. Who was it with the really high mount turbo? as in ½ of it hanging out of the bonnet? If you got it there you damn well better make sure you need it otherwise, you will look and be a tool. It can certainly be done though.
