Show us ya tips!
heh :P

I got my new twin exhaust tip on today, I'm happy with it and it was pretty good value. I rang a few local exhaust mobs and they wanted $80-100

I ended up getting this one off ebay for $35, supposedly BMW M3 style and thought I'd let everyone else know as it's a topic that comes up every now and again and they're pretty good value.

This is it

and how it looks on the car

It doesn't fit perfectly to the shape of the rear bar (one side sticks out more than the other), but I didn't want to d**k around cutting it and then have the end finish now match so I'm not too concerned. It make a noticable change in the exhaust note too.

I just got my new exhaust on yesterday; gone back to twin tips from an oval.. Might upgrade to slightly larger as they look fairly "avg" size on the big lane rear end.

What are you suggesting ?! That I break everything I play with ? This is only partially true... :P

Blue, they always go for around $35-40 so just keep your eye on ebay and grab the next one that comes along. They're not in high demand so if you end up bidding against other people just wait for a few days until the next listing.

edit: I just noticed the guy has just set up a buy it now for $36 - bargain!
Buy it today, have it on your door step friday arvo :)

Obviously make sure you do have a 2.5" exhaust - they're the standard go for aftermarket upgrades so I'd assume 80% of fordmods would have that or be planning it shorly :)

Hyena, nice, but I sure hope you're getting a GT wing too. Need something up top to avoid the 'staircase' look that rear bar gives.

Big oval, fills in the bumber nicely, and unless you knew what you were looking for looks like stock.
