the scoop was $150.

there was some pain (miss communication) along the way with the install.... see the link......

These are the guys who do that aftermarket BA bulge. I have ordered one (through ssv) for my BF and it looks sweet. I am not sure if they make ones for EF etc but these guys are the actual makers of the bonnet, the ones you find on ebay that say painted in PPG primer etc have probably been bought it from here

Anyways I have emailed them for a price to see if they deliver to anyone in Australia

Cheers

Phil

Hmmmm, now I know why XB GT/GS bonnets are getting expensive and hard to find - they look pretty good on the Maverick, not too sure about the E series, but sorry, best place for them is on an XB in my humble (and biased ) opinion...having said that, I have a spare standard XB bonnet that I'm thinking about doing something with, so keep the ideas coming!!

Meh, it'd buff out...years ago I started off with one maybe even worse than that, rust about the same but it also had come up at about 100 kliks and rooted each back corner - it cost me 5 bucks and even the guy selling it kept saying `but WHY are you buying it?? Nothing to lose, I cut it up with an angle grinder and transplated the good bits into a standard bonnet - came out pretty good, actually!!
