I just got myself another set of LWT Directors.
I had them on my Blue EL wagon 10 years ago and i loved them then.
I hope they suit the gunmetal Fairmont project.

i had a look at a set of these the other day e series offset, (go to JAXQUICKFITS, google it lol), i dont really like them much, but they suit the falcon well. I ended up picking up a set of ANZ Velvets 19x8. they look alright

yeah apparently theres only two 18" pre-au Volts in stock at YHI (advanti dealer) plus whatever is floating around at local tyre centres i guess. So those already with 18" volts, probably should start searching around for spare rims...... i wish i didnt quickly sell off the volts i had as i didnt know how limited choice was for the eseries...

doesnt matter, as ive struck a deal with an interstate tyre shop for 18" Apec Apache in shadow chrome wheel & tyre package, including Lugs & 5th rim as a spare,... delivery to my door for $1675 total !!

i know what u mean bro, i've been wanting a set of GTP copies in 18" cause i've got a set of new 18" dunlops here, and i keep checking out and emailing wheelmags for 6 months striat! he's got them in 17" and 19" but then i'd need to get new tyres.

a few times i thought maybe just get the cobra's but i know the minute i do the GTP's will come in

I'm over all of the copies too. I remember thinking when the first Typhoon came out that the wheels would look great on a boxcar, but its all gotten out of hand.

Excellent choice FordFairmont.
