Mate - I love this... Image

Need to do something similar --- Have worked on a phenolic spacer for between the head and the BBM, but am still working out best way of heat shielding the lower BBM. How thick is the ceramic, and how much heat is it meant to stop?

AND HOW MUCH$?

fiend I had my manifold coated based on how the colour looks as opposed to any heat temp reduction.... The coating itself is quite
fragile as I managed to make a small chip mark on it.... I havent
really driven the car since I got it back though, so hope that
helps.....

11/96 EL Falcon with: Fairmont boot, Spolier, XR6 instrument cluster, Speedy mags (not too keen on them - bit yuck!) Tint windows 87%. EF rear tail lights. Pretty standard otherwise... and yes I know it sits a bit high. I've only had it 2 weeks. I had an EF before - drive it until it s**t itself at 367,000 kms on the clock - all on original motor.

Those tinted tail-lights suit that colour really well... nice one.

Looking good, mate.

So how exactly do you tint taillights?
They really look good.
