Probably didnt like it...alot of ppl dont like the pinstriping depending on the colour of the car and judging by 80's comment before regarding the venom kit and being different that was most likely anoher factor...why just be one of the crowd when u could be the focal point of the crowd..

my brother just bought a 2003 WRX, it has performance mods but looks stock and thats how he wants to keep it
I like being different... others dont just like i wouldnt want to rebuild an XY back to original, i would want to change things in it, but others would say why wreck a legend? but also sometimes things attract the wrong attention
