That is an XH Snorkle as fitted to the XH Utes etc.

You may be lucky and find that your local Ford dealer has one, but I have heard they are no longer available.

I made a mould of the snorkle as well just so i can make them anytime and also so it could be painted the same as the airbox lid.

speaking of which...

Is there anyone out there with a factory ED that has managed to hide that miles of engine bay wiring that runs across the firewall? If so how and was it easy? EF and EL must run there's in the dash do they so its not seen?

Thanks,
Tim

I have seen it done by a chap on AFF.

He cut and shut his wiring and ran it lower behind the engine, and under the guards.

I like my EB1 as it uses the EA wiring in the engine bay, and it all sits a lot lower, out of sight.

A shiny red rocker cover, serpentine belt conversion, XH snorkel and extractors, and it doesn't look too bad. The leads look pretty messy at the moment though.

the engine says 4.0 intech :P
