my side bar on my au is kinda pealing off, u know the palstic bit. anyway i think ford guys tried to fix it with double sided tape, not exactly but it looks like it. just wondering how to fix it ! thanks

you mean on the side skirts? there is a couple of clips i think and then it is sikaflexed on.

side moulding? (on the door) or side skirts? (below the doors)
Side skirts are held on with sikaflex and scrivets afaik on AU. The side moulds are double sided taped on. If you're keen to keep them on for good, pull them off, et rid of the glue and sikaflex the f**k on. I sikaflexed my side mouldings on after i took them off for colour coding. |
