Hi all, I have been busy removing the rear hole in the bumper for the exhaust on my eb. I couldn’t find a tip that I liked which would fit due to the tight bend so i thought id go for a clean look. I removed the rear muffler (behind the bar) and got an exhaust shop to just dump it before the bar (similiar to whats on the BA XT)
I fibreglassed a piece off an old bar from the back and the front, then I smoothed it over with some bog and plenty of sanding. I also smoothed over the cover where a towbar would go. overall it looks nice and smooth and uncluttered with a massive exhaust hole! I also finished installing the ED XR front end. (time for some boost I think!) let me know your thoughts! Mo
