the sandfire ute was made by ford at the same time they made the predator and xr8 sequential... its now at the museum thing in geelong AFAIK..

you might not have seen it on first look in that pic, but it has that dirty big canopy thing on the back, that ruins probably the best looking e-series ute around

G'day Seton005

Can't wait to see pics of your body kit installed. My EB XR8 looks similar to yours, and was toying with the idea of the kit. Will wait with bated breath to see your results (and cheque book in hand)

Regards
Ian

Ive test fitted the bars before having them painted and been driving around with them on for the last two days (just to see if I have any clearance issues). Looks sweet as even unpainted and have so far obtained three quotes to have them painted. All three panel beaters have told me theyre the best fibreglassing theyve seen on an after market body kit (very smooth and free of impurfections which makes prep easier and keeps price down). Ill get some photos up Tommorow as is.

bodykit looks awesome, if i didnt have $100's to spend on my car id race out and get one, if your gonna have tickford badges, ditch the GLI boot badge (just sand it and paint with H5 coded paint)

Hell yea, is going to look awesome.
How much is it going to be worth front + rear bumpers + painting?

Cost will be $1000 all up (I saved money on fitting it myself). Ive had the car for nearly 3 years and was only today thinking about tossing those tickford badges (were on the car when I bought it). Badges are the least of my concerns at the moment. Carbon fibre dash parts should arrive Monday and turbo kit Friday (fingers crossed).

That sandfire ute is at the ford discovery center in geelong, as is this EAGT <img src="http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0WgAPA7IaFatwrdkvj!pAVIo4ytMKQroUoFeKJThjsFcrhcw5Ys7rEZ4Vj88sjErkcF2XJCUwakjdhY6JUlT068lK*DFVDg7mlsI!R4YroL!raNMpbMfvcHm!BTPYKsOojUHCGOuDTYc/EA%20GT%20Prototype%2005.jpg?dc=4675433154557296248">

Ive seen them both and would love to have them parked in my driveway.

As for the bodykit, i just found something new to start saving for.

i seriously doubt that your gonna be able to track that kit down ANYWHERE, maybe if you take some pics to a bodykit place and hand over a wad of $$$ or your firstborn, they may be able to do a custom
