Couple of questions 1. Have you removed the side mouldings from the car - is hard to tell on the dark colour 2. on the rear spoiler there is an indentation for the number plate, has the manufacturer thought of filling this in, or is there a way to do this 3. have you had any problems with 'scraping' on the front (mine eb has lowered suspension) I love the clean looks of your car, no rear 'towel rack' and just an understated 'look at me' without being in your face. Top marks, you have given me ammunition to get mine done 1. Ive removed the side mouldings but theyll be going back on once their painted. I wasnt going to but the car has been painted before and the C**k that put the mouldings back on used sealastic as well as double sided tape so its nearly impossible to get the sealastic off without damaging the paint. 2. Ill be buying the garnish and EA taillights to cover the original number plate surround and use the new location. 3.And no it doesnt scrape any more than the old bar as it is no lower (and my car is very low). I hope Ive given enough info to allow the minister for finances (wife) to release the necessary funds.

I am dead-set against you going to the EA rear lights! Don't get me wrong, I love EA rears on an EA when the whole car is mint.. Have you thought about filling in the bumper, and getting the rear garnish covered in carbon fibre by a company such as Modicoat? Would look much better IMO.

I've seen the sony scorcher rear end.
I'm simply saying that you should mod the ED garnish instead of going to all EA stuff.

Clear rear ED indicators and Fairmont Garnish would finish that off nicely

That could look good but it would need to be a lighter grey than the original dark grey colour to avoid th vn commonwhore look. hint hint, cough, photoshop, cough, light grey garnish, cough cough. Hehe.

Heh, I hear you. I'm getting married not too far down the track so I'm spending some of "my money" on the engine and bodykit before it becomes "our money" and I have to 3 signatures to spend it Kit looks nice. That pic above looks a bit VN aero with flat black garnish

it wouldnt be very hard at all to cover in the recess for the number plate on your standard boot garnish (plastic weld a square of plastic in with some stiffners behind it,) then get it painted whatever shade of grey you want, that way you keep your ED's looks intact, and get to use the scorchers number plate recess

Do what the old cars did, when you selected reverse, the indicator lights and brake lights came on, not flashing, and provided enough light to reverse. That way, you have good looking lights, good looking garnish, and you havent gone backwards with the EA lights!
But it would look exceptional once finished
