Best bet would be to take it somewhere to get put in a press brake machine and have them bend the edges to whatever angle you need. Could also try putting the steel on a flat bench, line up the edge where you want the bend with the edge of the bench and push/fold it down by hand while you get someone else to hold the rest of the sheet flat against the bench top. How thick is the stainless you are using?

hell yeah, these look great. i was thinking of doing something like this but not as big, just to cover the top of the radiator as it looks ugly

I made one just to go over the radiator when I converted to thermos and shot the shroud out. but it didn't look as good as that. I bent up a piece of channel to cover the core only.
What is it with hot air intakes on turbos? Does having a autobarn monza front mount make it all good? It's not like compressing air makes it hotter than it already is or anything.... can you say accumulative recirculating heater. Go to all the trouble of throwing a snail on just to let it suck hot air off the exhaust manifold, seems counter productive to me. Like the rice boys with screamer pipes dumping into the bay, great idea ! Looks & sounds full sick though cuz, hectik! No direct offence intended.
