Can anybody help me?
no matter how i lock my wagon , be it manual or remote, once car is locked, if rear drivers side door is opened all central locking then opens up. has anyone come across this problem if so how do i fix it?

hhehe yer i had the same dram in my au and from what i hear it a common fault
replace the door lock mechansim is the only fix

I've had the same prob in my AU. I got my auto electrician to fix it. He said that about 8 out of 10 fords have this problem and most owners don't know about it. It makes you feel really secure knowing that anyone can open your car when you leave it parked at the local shopping centre.
I phoned ford to complain about this and the response that I got was that they have known of this fault for years and it will cost too much to recall all the cars to fix it.

Eeeeeek.
Yeah we have this problem with one of our fleet AUs at work....

Using the Keyfob to unlock the car would pop the drivers door open Lol...
The car also doesnt lock the drivers door....
