Hi boys, I've recently purchased a BF XR8, it has silver bonnet decals which are very faded, I can't seem to remove them, it's like the sun has burnt them on there, there is no noticeable lip on the decal to get a fingernail underneath..........maybe some kind of light compound needs to be rubbed into them, but I don't want to damage the paint on the bonnet.......any ideas ??

tried heating it up with a hair dryer and see if you can get a corner to peel off? If not you can use maybe eucalyptus oil or something and rub it in?

If I remember correctly, Ford discontinued fitting decals about the end of BA mkII.
Sounds like it might be something other than a decal? |
