hey mate, when i was at cheltham, at some auto performance place, i saw a sign on the window inside saying $299 for sunroof, installed. jsut he ones you lift up about 3-4 inches, for thoses electrical sunroofs you would be looking at around the 2 grand mark.

iim not quiet to sure about that, but if they did, be very hard to find a xr at a wreckers, and to get the sunroof, still be looking at $1000+ mark,

i was thinking of getting the $300 one looks good i think, beats paying $1000+ for a sunroof.

cheers

I put one in mine about 10 months ago, cost just on two grand for the electric TVS one.

Not a fan myself of the pop up ones, just a fairly cheap crappy looking option.

All sunroofs fitted from factory no matter what falcon/fairmont/xr were all electric - not sure what you would pay to get one installed if you supplied all the parts, but it does take two days for them to do a proper job

see in your pick, same as the electric ones, the way they pop up, they looks pritty decent i think, even though its a really cheap way, but i would perfer a electric sunroof, only if i had 2k+

cheers
